3. FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS

We have an excellent range of flexible working opportunities, which the majority of our employees actively participate in, enabling employees to work their hours flexibly between the hours 7am and 6pm.

Our employees have the opportunity to work from home, one day per week, once they have completed their probationary period – just another initiative that supports our genuine passion for providing our employees with work/life balance.

Performance reviews are conducted quarterly and bonuses are paid upon achievement of agreed performance targets.

Wavelength International’s funky and fun offices are based in a designer warehouse conversion in Surry Hills and have a friendly energy that many visitors comment on.
