Terms and conditions - Win $500 for your department, practice or charity. 

1. Information on how to enter and prize form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The competition prize is AUD $500 to be donated to the winners nominated hospital department, practice or nominated charity.
3. The competition is open to healthcare professionals who “like” Wavelength International’s Facebook page between 10/08/11 and 08/09/11.
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related entities and agents of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition winner will be drawn randomly from eligible members of Wavelength’s Facebook page on 12/09/11.
6. The competition winner will be contacted via Facebook (12/09/11) in the first instance then via email and/or phone.
7. The competition winner has seven days to respond to the Promoter to claim the prize. In the instance the competition winner does not respond after seven days there will be a redraw.
8. The competition winner shall nominate their chosen emergency department, practice or charity within 48 hours of accepting the prize.
9. Only Australian hospital departments, practices or charities are eligible to receive the prize.
10.  Payment of the AUD$500 prize will be made to the winner’s nominated hospital department, practice or charity via direct debit. Payment will not be made to individuals bank accounts.
11.  The competition winner’s details will be published on Wavelength’s website www.wave.com.au
12. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
14. Terms and conditions may be changed at any time by the promoter without notice.
