Meet our MARA Registered Immigration Agent
Ariel Hubert
Ariel is a Migration Consultant at Wavelength International and is responsible for the daily operation of the Migration Services Division.
Prior to joining Wavelength in October 2007, Ariel was employed for over 2 years with a Migration Agency in Sydney, successfully managing the administrative functions and staff of its migration section, including ensuring that deadlines for a large volume of applications was being met. Under Migration Agent direction, Ariel also successfully co-ordinated administrative tasks for Temporary Business Visas and Permanent Visas under ENS and RSMS.
Ariel arrived in Australia in 2002 and has experienced the Australian Migration process first hand in obtaining permanent residence in 2005 and citizenship in 2007.
Ariel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States as well as a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and a Diploma in Workplace Training and Assessment from Australia.
In her employment with Wavelength, Ariel provides immigration advice in her capacity as a migration agent (MARN 0955817).

Jackie Lyon
Jackie is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 0401336) with over 8 years experience working within the migration industry having completed the Migration Law course through the University of NSW in 2002 and was first registered that year. Throughout the years, Jackie has been involved in a diverse range of Visa applications. These include a wide range of Temporary Visas and Permanent Residence Visas. She’s also successfully represented many clients at the Migration Review Tribunal.
Jackie recently joined Wavelength International within the Junior/Middle Grade Doctor Division assisting with the Visa applications.

Samantha Darbison
Samantha has come from a contract tendering and compliance background. She was involved in vendor management and tender evaluation at Woolworths - one of the largest retail companies in Australia and New Zealand. Samantha has also completed further education in Hospitality and Human Resource Management. She has been with Wavelength since 2006 and completed her Graduate Certificate in Migration Law in 2009 and is now a Registered Migration Agent for Australia. Samantha supports the GP team with their regulatory and migration requirements.
In her employment with Wavelength International, Samantha provides immigration advice in her capacity as a migration agent (MARN 1065690).
